Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP Practitioners also known as Life Coaches understand that we are all programmed to think, feel, behave in different ways according to our life experiences. Sometimes people develop dysfunctional negative programmes which they find difficult to change. As George Bernard Shaw states ‘Progress is impossible without change and those that cannot change their minds cannot change anything.’

The highly trained NLP Practitioner works with clients through three key stages. The first stage is to encourage clients to provide detailed information to establish their current scenario. The second stage is preferred scenario where the NLP Practitioner will motivate clients to visualise the future they want and the third stage is how clients can achieve their preferred scenario. It can be likened to a journey with a start, destination and a map of how to get to there.

During all three key stages, the NLP Practitioner will build rapport with clients gathering details of the changes they want to make through their thought processes, self-belief and senses, assisting them to develop fuller, happier and infinitely more satisfying lives.

NLP Practitioners have experience in assisting clients to achieve work-orientated goals such as promotion. It is also applied as a therapy for: Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Phobias and Depression to name a few.
